The Role
* Prepare accurate quotes from technical drawings
* Enter and process orders via ERP system
* Create clear production order packages
* Liaise with customers, programming and production to ensure on-time delivery
* Support Account Managers with technical enquiries
About You
* Experience in internal sales or estimating within manufacturing/steel
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
* Comfortable using ERP and CAD systems
* Strong attention to detail and professional communication skills
