Our ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inbound calls and customer enquiries professionally and efficiently as a Customer Service Administrator.
Key responsibilities include processing quotes, sales orders, and purchase orders accurately, responding to supplier and account queries, monitoring and managing backorders, and providing updates to customers and internal teams.
Additionally, the selected individual will assist the Sales team with administration, reporting, and coordination, maintain customer records, pricing updates, and product information in internal systems, and provide general office support where required.
* Key skills and qualifications include previous experience in a customer service or order processing role, strong communication skills, confidence using business systems and MS Office suite, high attention to detail, and strong organisational skills.
