Community Caretaker Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our community caretaking team on a permanent, full-time basis.
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to undertake caretaking roles across various neighbourhood and community centres and hubs.
The role requires providing exceptional customer service and support to organisations and individuals using community facilities, ensuring that facilities are safe, well maintained and run smoothly.
You will be based at The Mount Druitt Hub and provide the complete customer service package, from initial enquiries, bookings, payments, access, inductions, set up of equipment and furniture and bond release.
An ideal candidate will assist in maintaining a high standard across the centres by completing facility inspections, waste management and ensuring equipment is organised and safe.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to organisations and individuals using community facilities.
* Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organisation within the centre.
* Assist with facility inspections, waste management and equipment maintenance.
* Complete tasks and duties as required by management.
Requirements:
* Suitable experience in a customer service role.
* Computer literate in basic office applications and the ability to quickly learn corporate applications.
* Ability to work within a team environment and with minimal supervision.
