Base pay range
A$100,000.00/yr - A$140,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
Review and interpret full scope of works prior to commencement.
Establish and prepare sites for multiple concurrent projects.
Manage project schedules and coordinate subcontractors effectively.
Ensure compliance with regulatory codes and wet area standards.
Oversee quality assurance and manage site-based issue resolution.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, trades and stakeholders.
Provide positive business representation and support the development of trade staff.
Supervise renovations through to completion and final sign-off.
Our Ideal Candidate
Trade qualified with a minimum of 10 years' experience in bathroom/kitchen renovations.
Solid understanding of wet area codes and compliance (e.g. AS 3740).
Confident using mobile apps and job management tools.
Current driver's licence and willingness to travel across Brisbane.
Able to pass a full police check.
Strong communication, organisational and leadership skills.
Proactive, reliable and committed to high-quality outcomes.
