Join to apply for the Childcare Cook role at G8 Education Ltd.
Nurturing the greatness in every child - and in you. This role is for a Cook at Great Beginnings Beckenham, producing high quality, nutritious meals and snacks for up to 104 children each day. This is a part-time role (32.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday) with no weekend work. Above award rates with weekly payroll.
Responsibilities
* Produce high quality, nutritious meals and snacks for up to 104 children daily.
* Menu planning, budgeting, stock ordering & control.
* Dietary and allergy safe requirements.
* Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment in accordance with relevant Food Safety regulations.
* Be a team player with great communication and interpersonal skills.
* Be available for set shift days and times Monday to Friday.
Qualifications
* A Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or an ACECQA approved Early Childhood qualification and experience in a cook role.
* A current Working with Children's Check / Blue Card / DCSI Clearance and First Aid.
* Completed or willing to complete Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.
