Responsible for conducting calls to drive sales, identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, and nurturing existing customer relationships. They will also prepare pricing proposals, facilitate account activations, and utilize iSell reporting tools for sales analysis and optimization. The role requires proactive engagement with customers, strategic thinking, and a commitment to delivering excellent service to drive business growth. Responsibilities
1. Conduct sales calls to prospective customers, effectively communicating products/services.
2. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
3. Implement strategies to nurture and retain existing customers, fostering long-term relationships.
4. Generate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and online research.
5. Prepare pricing proposals tailored to the needs and budget of potential clients.
6. Facilitate the activation process for new accounts, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
7. Provide general account management support, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
8. Utilize iSell reporting tools to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement or growth.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum Education: Diploma's degree or equivalent
Minimum Experience:
* At least one (1) year of work experience in commercial or industrial sales is required.
* For Senior level, four (4) years of work experience in commercial or industrial sales is required.
