Program Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled occupational therapist to join our team. This is a 12-month structured program designed to strengthen your confidence and consolidate your clinical knowledge.
As a key member of our team, you will provide occupational therapy services in the community to elderly clients receiving funding through various government programs. Your role will involve utilizing clinical reasoning and evidence-based practice to deliver high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver occupational therapy services to clients with complex needs.
* Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop effective treatment plans.
* Continuously review and improve our current processes to ensure best practice.
* Prepare training materials for our partner organisations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor Degree of Occupational Therapy or equivalent qualification.
* Full AHPRA registration.
* A valid Australian driver's license.
* Regular access to a car.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
