**Your new role**
The purpose of this role is to assist the manager/team in enhancing Stockland's brand and support in the creation of a strong performing and collaborative team environment.
The key responsibilities and accountabilities of this role are the following:
- Perform information management including collection and maintenance of files/records, correspondences and project files for easy retrieval
- Perform diary management, travel arrangements, stationary orders, timely invoice payments, typing, AMEX expenses and organisation of approvals
- Provide a welcoming and helpful interface between the team and key stakeholders
- Assist the team in following and adopting the HSE processes and business practises
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Relevant experience in management of events and projects requiring the capability to be flexible in order to meet deadlines
- Experience in planning and tracking one-off administration projects/initiatives
- Working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets
- Basic organisational and time-management skills
- Proactiveness and willingness to learn
