The Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for a Centre Manager at either AMA Group Solutions or Capital S.M.A.R.T Repairs. This is a full-time position.
Reporting to the State Operations Manager, you will own the centre by providing leadership and motivation to your team while influencing the day-to-day operations of the site. This permanent full-time role offers opportunities for growth, stability, and security as part of the AMA Group.
Role responsibilities
* Production Workshop Management: oversee workshop production to ensure targets are achieved and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition in accordance with AMA and Work Provider quality expectations.
* Quality, Quotes, Parts and Vehicle Management: ensure comprehensive and accurate quotes, QA inspections, and repairs to the pre-accident condition.
* Customer Service and Stakeholder Management: provide exceptional customer service to all clients and work providers through prompt, professional, and friendly interactions.
* Profit and Loss, Reporting and Administration: ensure site profitability. Prepare and review P&Ls, Budgets, Job costings, KPIs, and Management Reports using available tools to understand site performance.
* Leadership and People Management: oversee staffing on site and ensure appropriate staffing levels and processes, proactively building and maintaining positive work provider relationships.
* Work Health and Safety (WHS): maintain the WHS management system, ensure adherence to WHS policies and procedures, and promptly report and action safety incidences/near misses.
