Early Childhood Educator Role
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator Level 2 to join our team in working with children aged 0–6 in a centre-based setting. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and delivering creative, play-based learning experiences that cater to the diverse needs of young children.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement engaging learning programs that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development in children.
* Collaborate with colleagues to create a nurturing environment that fosters warm relationships between children, educators, and families.
* Contribute to the design and delivery of professional development opportunities that enhance the skills and knowledge of early childhood educators.
Requirements:
* Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
* Proven experience working with children aged 0–6 in a centre-based setting
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Genuine passion for early years education and commitment to providing high-quality care and education to young children
