The Opportunity for 2026
Join our finance team in Staplyton as a Management Accountant / Finance Business Partner. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on combining technical accounting expertise with strategic business insight.
You'll take ownership of month-end reporting, support budgeting and forecasting and work closely with Finance leaders to deliver actionable insights that drive smarter decisions.
If you're commercially minded, detail-oriented, and confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels—from front-line managers to senior leadership—this is the perfect role for you.
What You'll Do
* Own month-end and management reporting, ensuring accurate, timely, and insightful results.
* Partner with Finance leaders to explain performance, identify drivers, and influence decisions on pricing, costs, and investments.
* Support budgeting and forecasting, building realistic plans and tracking progress.
* Maintain strong financial controls and processes.
* Drive continuous improvement in systems, reporting, and processes, and assist with audits.
About You
* Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, with CA/CPA completed or in progress.
* 5+ years' experience in accounting or finance, ideally in a group, listed, or multi-entity environment.
* Experience in the construction industry is highly regarded.
* Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP/reporting systems.
* Proven ability as a Finance Business Partner.
* Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate results under deadlines.
