Reporting to the Director, Partner Account Management, the Senior National Account Manager in partnership with the Director, Partner Account Management will manage key relationships within Blackhawks Enterprise Partner accounts. With the assistance of an Account Manager, both will manage the day-to-day operations of Enterprise Partner Accounts. Manage key relationships of existing Enterprise Partner Accounts with the support of an Account Manager Drive growth and deliver sales & profit targets for assigned accounts. Conduct quarterly business reviews, joint category planning and major sales & range reviews per annum Manage with the assistance of Account Manager, but not limited to reporting, inventory management, logistics, store setups, product setup, approval processes, promotion coordination, customer service, issue avoidance & resolution. Maintain all agreements on same, better or on agreed Senior Leadership terms Develop business strategy, identify opportunities led by profitability, collaborate, coordinate and implement plans to leverage prospects Development and execution of planograms for fixtures, secondary displays and shipper programs Work with Distribution partner, Marketing & Content teams to develop meaningful marketing promotions and mechanics Drive all digital forms including ecommerce development through allocated retail channels Develop bespoke solutions for the best in store execution of gift cards, including project management, manufacture, delivery, and instore execution of stands to retail stores Drive best practice Point of Purchase execution based on Shopper & Consumer Insights Leverage internal BHN owned businesses where it is possible to provide new opportunities for our partners. 5 years’ experience of working across retail customer base 5 years’ account management experience Knowledge of Loyalty, Prepaid, Telco or Gift Card category ideal Highly detailed, strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Highly motivated with strong level of initiative, energy, and enthusiasm Accustomed to working in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment Strategic and results orientate Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise with people at all levels and build beneficial relationships Excellent time management and ability to multitask
