Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain IT systems across all properties, ensuring seamless operations and optimal guest experiences through reliable technology.
* Respond to and resolve technical issues promptly, minimizing disruption to hotel and campground operations.
* Implement, upgrade, and troubleshoot software and hardware as needed.
* Provide training and support to staff on various IT systems and tools.
* Assist in maintaining communication infrastructure between the remote site and headquarters.
Requirements:
* Relevant IT certifications, such as Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure, MS Windows, Office 365).
* Experience with cloud-based SaaS applications and Microsoft Office products.
* Background in providing IT support in remote or distributed systems.
* Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
* Understanding of IT security principles and best practices.
