Grow Employment is seeking a motivated and experienced professional to lead business development and account management across NSW and TAS. This full-time (part-time available), contract role focuses on building strong relationships with host employers, driving strategic growth, and managing existing client accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and secure new host employer partnerships
* Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients
* Develop and implement business growth strategies
* Represent Grow Employment at industry events and forums
* Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with service delivery
Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience in business development or account management
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently across regions
* Strategic thinker with a client-first mindset
* Familiarity with CRM systems and workflow tools
