We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to drive new business growth within our Property Management division. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing and converting new property management opportunities while professionally representing our services in the market. Working closely with management, you will deliver strategic growth outcomes and build enduring relationships with rental providers, developers, builders and key referral partners. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategies to secure new property management business Implement targeted marketing activity aligned to business development objectives Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, builders, financial planners and referrers Prospect, manage and convert new business opportunities through consistent follow up Attend appointments with prospective rental providers and present service offerings Manage new listings from initial engagement through to leasing handover Conduct inspections and oversee application checks and lease documentation Ensure all property information, notes and correspondence are accurately maintained Liaise with the sales team to identify and leverage new business opportunities Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, company policies and professional standards Skills and Experience Proven experience in business development or sales Real estate or property management experience highly regarded but not essential Strong communication and relationship building skills Ability to interpret real estate legislation and industry terminology Excellent organisation, time management and attention to detail Confident negotiator with strong problem solving ability Qualifications Agents Representative Certificate or equivalent Additional qualifications in property or real estate welcome
