About the Role
We are seeking a practical and commercially minded HR Business Partner to support managers and supervisors across the business.
This role is designed to support leaders. You will work alongside managers to enable effective recruitment, onboarding and people management by providing clear guidance, templates, scripts and advice.
You will support recruitment by posting job ads, assisting with shortlisting where required, coordinating onboarding and managing employment documentation.
This is a hands-on, operational HR Business Partner role focused on execution, responsiveness and helping leaders manage their teams confidently and consistently, Reporting into the Manufacturing Leadership Team.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with managers and supervisors to provide HR advice and support
Coach leaders on performance and conduct processes
Provide templates, scripts and documentation to support fair and consistent conversations
Recruitment & Onboarding Support
Assist managers with shortlisting where required
Coordinate onboarding, contracts and employment documentation
Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
Support probation reviews, role changes and employee movements
Assist with basic HR reporting and data tracking
About You
Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or equivalent (Diploma minimum; Degree preferred)
Proven experience in HR Business Partner, HR Advisor or similar operational HR role
Comfortable partnering with and advising managers and supervisors
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Practical, calm and solutions-focused
Experience in manufacturing or operational environments highly regarded
