We're looking for a motivated, confident Sales Closer who knows how to seal the deal and convert quality leads into paying clients.

About the Role
* No lead generation required. We provide both cold and warm leads — your job is to make the call and close the sale.
* Hourly rate: $30–$35 per hour (based on experience)
* Commission: 5% per closed lead — uncapped earning potential from $90,000 in commissions.
* Type: Casual / Contractor
* Location: Remote or local (Bowen, QLD preferred)
What You'll Be Doing
* Contacting inbound and outbound leads (phone, SMS, and social media)
* Building quick rapport and trust with potential clients
* Understanding their vehicle needs and offering the perfect detailing or ceramic coating package
* Following up with interested clients to close the sale
* Reporting weekly results and progress
What We're Looking For
* Proven sales or closing experience (preferably in high-ticket or service-based industries)
* Strong communication skills and confident phone presence
* Self-motivated and hungry to exceed weekly targets
* Reliable, punctual, and consistent with follow-ups
* Familiarity with automotive or detailing industries is a bonus
