Assistant Store Leader
to step into a key leadership role at

. In this role, you won't just support the Store Leader - you'll help shape a store experience that motivates your team, inspires your customers, and delivers results that matter.
Day in the Life
* Drive business performance – by supporting sales and supporting the team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
* Develop your team – by coaching and mentoring team members to elevate performance and foster future leaders.
* Lead operational excellence – by supporting visual merchandising and stock management to maintain a high-performing store.
* Engage the team – by communicating business updates, promotions, and operational changes clearly and effectively.
* Champion the Lorna Jane brand – by engaging with the local active community to build brand awareness and attract new customers.
