The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and Experienced Scrub/Scout Nurse to join our perioperative team. This role is ideally suited to a nurse with ophthalmology experience and experience in cataract procedures.
We welcome interstate applicants, with relocation assistance available to the right candidate looking to make the move to Canberra.

About You
You are a skilled and dedicated perioperative nurse who is passionate about delivering safe, high-quality patient care. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring a proactive, team-oriented approach to your practice.
Essential Criteria
* Current Registered Nurse registration with AHPRA
* Experience in Theatre operating Scrub/Scout Nurse (ophthalmology experience)
* Demonstrated clinical expertise in perioperative nursing
* Ability to work confidently and efficiently in a fast-paced theatre environment
* Strong clinical judgement, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient care
