Seeking a Clinical Educator to deliver standardized education and assessment across Australia, New Zealand, and the Asia Pacific Region. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team and contribute to the growth and development of the program.
About the Role
This casual role involves regional, interstate, and international travel, typically scheduled well in advance of education sessions. As a Clinical Educator, you will be responsible for delivering education and assessment to clinicians through video or face-to-face presentations.
* Delivering high-quality education and assessment programs to meet the learning needs of each audience.
* Liaising with Program Heads to ensure clinical relevance and currency of content.
* Providing risk management support for the delivery of education programs.
* Contributing to the revision and maintenance of educational resources.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders, groups, and individuals to develop and deliver education programs that cater to the needs of multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities

* Demonstrated high-level verbal communication skills and public speaking ability.
* Highly developed interpersonal skills and ability to liaise and communicate effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders, groups, and individuals.
* Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines, set priorities and operate both independently and within a team environment.
* Flexibility to accommodate travel and session times at a variety of locations.
* A valid car driver's licence and passport to travel.
