We are looking for passionate, service-driven individuals for an after-sales focused role in our Cruise & Touring division. This role focuses on building lasting customer relationships and delivering exceptional post-booking support, ensuring each traveller's journey is seamless.
Responsibilities
* Support customers post-sale—managing bookings, amendments, and travel documentation
* Deliver exceptional service by resolving queries and ensuring a smooth customer journey
* Build strong, ongoing relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
* Work closely with internal teams and suppliers to ensure every detail is taken care of
* Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience
Training & Certification
Successful candidates will receive fully paid training from Australia's leading cruise and touring experts. Upon completion of the Academy, you will earn the title of Fully Accredited Cruise or Touring Consultant and receive a guaranteed full-time position with exciting career pathways within the My Cruises and Touring teams. Academy training starts on 20th July 2026.
