About the Role
We're looking for energetic and customer-focused Game Masters to deliver unforgettable escape room experiences. You'll welcome guests, run games, give hints, reset rooms, and keep things running smoothly.
What We're Looking For:
* A positive attitude and excellent communication skills
* Australian work rights required
* Genuine passion for creating memorable customer experiences
* Previous customer service experience required
* Initiative to stay proactive during quiet times and strong prioritisation when it's busy
* Flexible availability — including days, evenings, and weekends
* Minimum availability of 3-4 shifts per week
* Willingness to get into costume and perform as a scare actor
* Minimum age requirement of 16 years
