About the Role
The role of the Business Development Manager (HVAC-R) is to create customers for life by enhancing the customer user experience, creating customer growth and supporting our customer's needs, habits, and requirements in order to determine ways that we can assist them to run and grow their business.
A critical focus of this role will be to develop the Commercial and Air Diffusion customer base and while driving our branches evolution into supplying mechanical services product into Data Centres. You will take a lead in connecting with critical players in the industry and showcasing all that Reece Group and HVAC-R has to offer in being a market leader. Creating leads, building the network and driving business results will all be equal key indicator as a measure of success. Your Skills and Experience
* Strong industry knowledge in HVAC-R Commercial and Air Diffusion
* A strong sales focus with drive and determination to exceed budgets
* Effective communication, negotiation and presentation skills
* Ability to work autonomously and travel throughout the territory regularly
* Ability to build relationships, establish key accounts and secure new and repeat business
* Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
