This has been built up over time through our expertise in securing land, planning and power in highly sought after locations in major global cities.Property Systems Administrator At Goodman:As a Property Systems Administrator, you will provide effective and sustainable business solutions by administering, maintaining, and troubleshooting business software systems. You will set up processes and protocols, write guides, deliver training, monitor and enforce compliance, and work with third-party providers to ensure optimal system performance and user support.Day To Day:Administer, support, and maintain various business systems (e.g., Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Formitize, Monday.com, base-building systems, and other business applications).Monitor system performance and enforce compliance with established protocolsProvide training to business users, including regularly communicating system enhancements and updatesTroubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolutionWrite user guides and documentation for system processesAnalyse business systems and the environment they operate to understand and document challenges and opportunitiesAssess the current state against future requirements, identify changes required to meet business needs and achieve strategic goalsCreate test plans, including creating, executing test cases and conducting testingManage assigned projects from inception to completion.Work with relevant stakeholders to define project goals, priorities, scope, and key deliverables to ensure successful implementation.Develop and execute change management and communication plans for assigned projects.Assist in researching, evaluating, and selecting technology vendors based on business opportunities, performance and cost.Requirements:Strong understanding of business software systems and their administrations (e.g., managing user access, setting up permissions, Azure, setting up business forms and templates)Tertiary qualifications in Information Systems (or equivalent)Demonstrated use of construction systems (e.g., Procore, Autodesk Constructions Cloud, Oracle Aconex)Strong knowledge of security protocols and practices to ensure systems are secured, patched, and maintainedExcellent report-writing skills and ability to create comprehensive user guide, technical knowledge articles, and documentationPractical experience in managing construction systems during design, construction, and handoverMicrosoft Power BI intermediate/advanced level DesirableExperience in administering and support property management systems (e.g., Yardi)The BenefitsAt Goodman we know that our people are integral to our company success.
