About You
* Lead and supervise a team of heavy-duty mechanics in daily tasks and projects
* Perform diagnostics, maintenance and repairs on heavy mobile plant equipment including Liebherr Electric Haul Trucks, Komatsu Electric Haul Trucks, Caterpillar Haul Trucks, Caterpillar Dozers, Graders, Liebherr Excavators, Caterpillar Excavators, Hitachi Excavators
* Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and company standards
* Hold an Australian recognised Trade Certificate, S1, S2, and S3, and G2
* Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
* OHS Training Certification and Senior First Aid
* Hold a Current C Class Drivers Licence, Standard 11, QLD Coal Board Medical
