About the role
Reporting to the Branch Manager, this is a hands‐on Storeperson and customer service role focused on delivering an exceptional experience at every interaction. Our purpose as a team is simple: provide value, reliability, and flexibility to every customer, every time, ensuring customers get the right products on time and in full.
Duties
* Stock handling of inward and dispatch of goods
* Processing sales transactions, along with quality customer service support
* Pick/packing
* Stock control
* Customer deliveries in the company vehicle
* General store work and housekeeping (including OH&S)
Skills & Experience
You don't need electrical experience — just the right attitude and a passion for helping people
* Experience in trade sales, retail, hospitality, or any customer-facing role
* Drivers Licence
* Forklift Licence - ideal but not necessary
* A natural problem solver who enjoys finding solutions
* Comfortable with tech and familiar with Microsoft Office
* Positive, energetic, and team-oriented
