Our Lady of the Sacred Heart (OLSH) College is a Catholic secondary school for girls from Years 7 – 12. Since 1951, we have been building on tradition and inspiring excellence in girls' education. Responsibilities
 * Under moderate direction, perform a wide range of advanced executive administrative duties and project work to assist the leadership team, School Board, staff and other members of the school community and visitors, delivering an efficient, responsive and customer-focused administration service.
About You (Qualifications & Experience)
 * Diploma in Administration, Marketing or Business (or equivalent) comprising 1 year of study completed is preferred.
 * Experience in a similar role providing professional administrative services to a Leadership or Executive team including calendar management, scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and Front Office support.
 * Demonstrated experience handling highly confidential and sensitive information with a high level of discretion.
 * Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn new online platforms.
 * Capable of managing end-to-end student enrolment processes including responding to enquiries, processing applications, issuing documentation, coordinating interviews, and finalising enrolments in accordance with College procedures.
 * Ability to interact with a diverse range of people with excellent phone manner.
