Hillis Ford, a part of Motus Australia are currently looking for a vibrant and outgoing individual with a positive can-do attitude looking to take on the challenge of Sales Manager for Ford New Cars.
In this role, you will be responsible for increasing sales performance, profitability and operating efficiently whilst ensuring customer needs are met.
You will do this by:
Motivating staff with your strong leadership and people management skills to lead your team to deliver their business objectives.
Ensure sales and trading profit are achieved and exceeded.
Manage strategic directions for all sales related duties.
Clearly, communicate to teams expected operating standards.
Build the capabilities of the team and develop strategies to retain top talent within the business.
Evaluate and identify opportunities to improve the overall performance.
Be aware of competitor trends and industry developments.
Drive a culture that emphasises teamwork and encouragement.
Provide leadership that encourages personal development.
Achieve results through a coaching and mentoring leadership style.
Develop action plans to improve customer service.
Proactive management of WHS policies and procedures
Ideally you will have:
Proven track record of performance within the Motor Industry
Exceptional organisation skills
Excellent presentation, communication & strong negotiating skills.
