At DGL Accountants, we're looking for a Reception/Administration Assistant who brings warmth, organisation, and reliability to our front desk. You'll be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, while keeping our day-to-day operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism, in person and over the phone
* Handle client enquiries confidently or direct them to the right team member
* Prepare documents and materials ahead of client meetings
* Coordinate calendars, meeting rooms, and internal schedules
* Keep the phone system running smoothly and resolve any issues
* Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting reception area
* Monitor and restock office, kitchen, and cleaning supplies
* Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and couriers
* Send invoices and process client payments accurately
* Keep both physical and digital files organised and up to date
* Help maintain a clean and accurate client database
Additional Duties
* Assemble client binders and prepare supporting documents
* Track and file ATO/ABR correspondence
* Provide general admin support to Personal Assistants and the wider team
