 
        
        You’ll work closely with two young, dynamic Partners who are both outstanding technical lawyers and genuinely invested in mentoring the next generation. 
The role will see you involved in a wide spectrum of employment and industrial relations matters. You’ll act in high-stakes litigation, giving you early exposure to complex disputes that shape the direction of employment law across Australia. As well as advising on issues such as organisational restructures, enterprise bargaining, executive contracts and remuneration, workplace investigations, and the protection of confidential information and restraints of trade. 
You’ll also gain exposure to international work, advising international enterprises and individuals with interests in Australia. The practice has long-standing relationships with major funds, financial institutions, law firms and professional advisers across the globe, giving you the chance to develop experience in matters with a cross-border dimension. 
This team’s culture is collaborative and energetic. You’ll have direct access to Partners who are approachable and down-to-earth, and who lead by example. There is also a solid team of Senior Associates available for you to bounce off on matters. The focus is on developing well-rounded employment lawyers who can think laterally, adapt to complex problems, and provide solutions that cut through. 
Career progression is based on meritocracy rather than ‘post-admission experience’.
