About the Role
The Sales Representative will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, guiding clients through the design and sales process, and representing the company at expos and trade events.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage inbound and outbound sales enquiries using a cloud call-center platform and CRM system.
* Follow the structured sales process to guide customers from enquiry through to contract and deposit.
* Book and host customer meetings, virtual tours, and design sessions.
* Compete fairly for shared leads – first to call or book gets priority and commission.
* Attend and manage trade expos and shows in your region, coordinating logistics and display units.
* Oversee logistics for deliveries, installations, and rentals.
* Record customer communications and follow-ups accurately in Zoho CRM.
* Handle basic after-sales and warranty communication where needed.
Commission & Rewards
Earn a base plus commission structure – paid monthly based upon customer deposit receipt.

Tech-savvy and comfortable using cloud-based call-center platforms, CRMs, and online sales tools.
Experience with discovery calls, meeting setting, closing and managing a large pipeline.
Availability for weekend expos and travel to events when required.
