The Opportunity Establish yourself as the ‘go to person’ for the day-to-day coordination of in person, online, and external training requirements of this large Government owned organisation. Reporting directly to the Team Leader Training Coordination, and working as part of the broader Training Coordination team, this role will include: Working in close collaboration with Coordinators and Trainers to prepare training and assessment schedules; Support end-to-end training event management, including booking rooms, catering, arranging equipment and training materials; Assist with managing the centralised training email inbox, responding to enquiries and prioritising for the team; Provide support with enrolment procedures, notifications, and training completion records; and Manage and maintain records using the Success Factors LMS platform, including inputting of contractor data, gathering records, and updating training details. Required Experience Demonstrated training administration / coordination experience within a fast-paced environment; Flexible attitude and the ability to adapt to changing priorities; Experience working within a Learning Management System, as this role will be working extensively with SAP SuccessFactors; and Highly developed time management capabilities.
