About the role
This role is integral to the support and success of our kitchen operations. As an active and hands‐on leader, you'll play a key role in maintaining high culinary standards, supporting our Executive Chef with day‐to‐day operations, and overseeing our talented kitchen team. You will be responsible for, but not limited to:
* Supporting our Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations across all services.
* Leading, mentoring, and inspiring our kitchen team with professionalism and energy.
* Maintaining exceptional standards of presentation, flavour and consistency.
* Ensuring strict compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
About you
* Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a similar venue (club, pub, or restaurant).
* Applicants with Certificates in Commercial Cookery will be prioritised.
* Strong leadership skills, with an ability to motivate and develop their team.
* Passionate about maintaining high standards of food quality, safety and presentation.
