We are seeking highly motivated individuals to fill the role of a Customer Service Officer in Adelaide Airport. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, handle reservations and ticket sales, and perform various duties related to flight operations.
Reporting Requirements:
This position reports directly to the Adelaide Airport Manager. Responsibilities include providing domestic and regional check-in, departure, and arrival services for Rex at Adelaide Airport, as well as handling reservation and ticket sales, pre- and post-flight duties, editing flights, and performing other functions as required.

Airport and Sabre System Experience is preferred. Additionally, candidates must be able to obtain an ASIC (Aviation Security Identification Card) and Aerobridge Licence. They must also be able to work shift work that includes early starts, evenings, and weekend work, possess excellent communication skills, and have computer literacy of a high degree.
