About the Role
As the Customer Service Team Leader, you'll guide and support a team of Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to deliver exceptional pre and post sales service.
You'll work closely with the Territory Sales Team, Tech Support, and rural reseller network, acting as the vital link between customers and the wider Thunderbird business. This is a hands-on leadership role with a blend of team coaching, customer support, and operational oversight.
What You'll Be Doing
* Leading, coaching, and developing the CSR team
* Ensuring service levels and order priorities are met
* Supporting customers with enquiries, orders, and product assistance
* Building strong relationships with regional resellers
* Supporting promotions, marketing activities, and sales initiatives
* Contributing to regional and national sales objectives
* Upholding Thunderbird values, safety standards, and professional conduct
About You

What You'll Bring
* Leadership or supervisory experience in a customer service environment
* Strong communication and relationship building skills
* Experience supporting customers by phone and in person
* Good computer skills (Excel, Word, general system confidence)
* A practical, can-do mindset (agriculture experience a bonus)
* Ability to support continuous improvement and team performance
