We're looking for a Procurement Manager to join our team across Canberra, Melbourne or Sydney. Someone who enjoys solving complex challenges, working closely with senior stakeholders, and leading projects that genuinely make a difference. What you'll be doing
* Leading end-to-end procurement processes and complex tenders in line with best practice and regulatory frameworks
* Providing strategic procurement and commercial advice to senior stakeholders
* Designing and implementing procurement policies, frameworks and governance models
* Supporting procurement transformation initiatives and capability uplift programs
* Managing supplier engagement, market approaches and negotiation processes
* Turning complex analysis into clear, decision-ready recommendations and deliverables
* Coaching and supporting junior team members while contributing to a collaborative team culture
What you'll bring to the table
* Strong experience in procurement, commercial management or sourcing
* Experience leading procurement projects or complex tenders
* Familiarity with public sector procurement frameworks (such as CPRs) is highly regarded
* Consulting experience is beneficial but not essential
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Commercial judgement and the ability to navigate complexity with confidence
