Key Job Responsibilities
* Support the implementation and enhancement of the enterprise risk and compliance frameworks.
* Work with the Head of Risk and Compliance to promote the firm's risk appetite and culture across business functions.
* Support business units in identifying, assessing, and managing key risks and regulatory obligations.
* Advise on policy development, control design, and risk mitigation strategies.
* Maintain effective training programs to ensure risk and compliance awareness firm-wide.
* Prepare reports and insights for executive management and the Risk Committee.
About You
* Proven experience in a risk and compliance role within the financial services sector.
* Solid understanding of AFSL regulations.
* Strong knowledge of investment or financial advice and professional services environments would be excellent.
* Skilled communicator with the ability to interpret regulatory requirements and deliver practical, business-aligned solutions.
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
