Key Responsibilities:
* Organise property inspections, open houses, and client appointments
* Contact prospective buyers and sellers to understand their needs and requirements
* Research market prices and implement various types of method of sale strategies
* Offer support in Sales Contract Administrative tasks
Qualifications Required:
* Must possess a current Real Estate Registration certificate (in QLD & or NSW).
* Must be available to work some Saturday mornings as required (with a day off or paid in lieu)
* Full-time availability with high energy and impeccable presentation
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues
* Strong work ethic and desire to progress within a high-performing team
* Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
* Commitment to always maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
* Must have sound experience with back-end programs such as RPDATA, Agent Box or similar
