Let's be blunt.
There's a big difference between someone who "does gardens"
and someone who understands gardens.
We're not looking for labour.
We're looking for a skilled operator.
If you:
* Know when not to prune
* Understand plant structure and growth habit
* Care about soil condition
* Take pride in clean lines and correct cuts
* Get frustrated fixing other people's poor workmanship
Then keep reading.
If you just want a pay cheque — this won't suit you.
The Problem With Most Garden Roles:
You're rushed.
You're carrying weaker team members.
You're expected to "just get through it."
There's no real horticultural discussion.
No real standards.
No investment in doing things properly.
And over time, you either lower your standards — or you leave.
If you're capable of more, this could be your move.
