We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Gardener & Landscaping professional to join our team. This role will support the presentation and upkeep of grounds across multiple dealership and business sites within the group.
About the Role
As the Gardener & Landscaping team member, you'll be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance of lawns, gardens, and outdoor areas across our sites. The role includes travel between locations and may require flexible scheduling depending on weather and site priorities.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and present gardens, lawns, and outdoor areas to a high standard
* Mow, edge, weed, prune, fertilise and mulch as required
* Assist with landscaping and garden improvement projects
* Maintain irrigation systems and garden equipment
* Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of outdoor spaces (e.g., pathways, signage, outdoor furniture)
* Ensure safe work practices and compliance with company WHS standards
* Travel between sites as required to complete scheduled maintenance
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in gardening, landscaping, or grounds maintenance
* Minimum 1-2 years of experience in gardening, landscaping, or grounds maintenance
* Good knowledge of plant care, lawn maintenance and weed control
* Ability to operate and maintain gardening tools and machinery
* Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
* Physically fit and able to work outdoors in varying conditions
* Current Driver's Licence (essential)
* Experience in produce gardens and horticulture
* Valid Car licence (C class) is required
* White Card and/or horticultural qualification (desirable)
* Must be an Australian permanent resident with legal work rights
