What will you do?
* Lead retail food and beverage operations across multiple outlets, ensuring readiness and service excellence.
* Manage product sales, stock projections and inventory control to optimise availability and reduce waste.
* Oversee non‑event day operations including outlet preparation, product rotation and team resourcing.
* Support retail projects such as refurbishments, technology rollouts and menu enhancements.
* Build and lead a high‑performing team through coaching, training and performance development.
* Ensure compliance with RSA, food safety, OH&S and company policies, maintaining accurate records and reporting.
More About You
* Diploma or Degree in hospitality, business, or a related field (desired).
* Demonstrated experience in high‑volume and multi‑site retail (casual) food and beverage operations with proven leadership capability.
* Strong knowledge of inventory management, procurement and team development.
* Hold RSA and Food Safety Supervisor certification or be willing to obtain these.
* Proven operational leadership, commercial acumen and a commitment to compliance and customer experience.
* Experience within hospitality from stadiums/events and large scale venues will be highly regarded.
