Our mission is simple yet impactful: to help people thrive—our clients, our team, and the communities we serve.

The Role

We are currently seeking motivated and enthusiastic Graduates to join our 2026 Graduate Program in our Governance and Risk Advisory (GRA) division in our Melbourne office.

Graduate Program

* In your first 2 weeks as a Moore Australia (VIC/TAS) Graduate you will participate in a structured Graduate Orientation.

* You will have the opportunity to attend the National Graduate Conference where you will meet our National Team and connect with other Graduates across our Australia network.
* You will take a deep dive into your chosen service line, with a comprehensive training program to gain a strong understanding of your new role and equip you with the skills for a successful start to your career.
* You will learn about all the Learning and Development opportunities available to you, including the CA Program, and our ongoing Moore Australia Graduate training programs.

As a Graduate in our Governance and Risk Advisory team, you will be involved in:

* Communicating with clients where required, developing a detailed understanding of their business to determine how Moore Australia (VIC) can best meet their needs.
* Assisting in planning out Governance and Risk Advisory engagements by identifying risks to determine the Governance and Risk Advisory/Internal Audit strategy.
* Assisting with preparing business reports and engagement letters for the client, highlighting key issues and recommended actions.
* Ensuring jobs are completed effectively by meeting deadlines and keeping within budget.
* Ensuring all Governance and Risk Advisory files are completed in line with the Moore Australia Governance and Risk Advisory (Internal Audit) methodology.
* Maintaining up-to-date technical knowledge to ensure compliance with all statutory and relevant regulatory requirements.
* Assisting with ad hoc client queries and administration tasks (e.g. proposals).
