About you:
* Diploma or Certificate in Beauty Therapy / Massage Therapy (or working towards)
* A strong commitment to customer service excellence
* Genuine passion for wellness, beauty, and creating unforgettable guest experiences
* Strong communication skills and professional presentation
* A team player with a positive and caring attitude
* For Senior Therapists: leadership qualities and advanced treatment experience
* Confidence in recommending retail skincare solutions
Your role will include:
* Delivering exceptional treatments (massage, facials, body therapies, spa rituals)
* Providing a luxury guest experience with attention to detail and care
* Supporting junior staff (senior role only)
* Upholding our high brand standards and spa environment
* Recommending and selling retail skincare products tailored to clients' needs
