Job Description
* Manage talent development and drive passion for training our people.

The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline and a minimum of 5 years' experience in a T&C/HR capacity within the hospitality environment.
They should have hands-on experience across the end-to-end T&C/HR cycle, including recruitment, WHS, performance management, and learning and development.
A thorough understanding of Australian employment legislation, including the Modern Award, is also essential.
