We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Chef to Run the Kitchen a regional hotel/pub located approximately 3 hours from Adelaide.
This role is ideal for a confident chef looking for long-term stability, visa sponsorship, and a pathway to Permanent Residency (PR) while enjoying a relaxed regional lifestyle.
About the Role
* Take full responsibility for day-to-day kitchen operations
* Prepare and present high-quality pub-style meals
* Menu planning, costing, ordering, and stock control
* Lead, train, and manage kitchen staff
* Create rosters and manage food and wage costs
* Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
* Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen
* Work closely with management to maintain consistency and quality
About You
* Proven experience as a Senior Chef, Head Chef, or Sous Chef ready to step up
* Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and manage a kitchen
* Reliable, motivated, and team-focused
* Previous pub or hotel kitchen experience highly regarded
