We're now looking for a
Sales Manager – EB Projects
to join our Newcastle team and help drive our next stage of growth across NSW and QLD.
The Role
You'll lead clients through the early project journey — from first enquiry to design handover. Working closely with our New Business, Estimating, and Design teams, you'll ensure every client receives accurate advice, transparent pricing, and a seamless pre-construction experience.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
Responding to new enquiries and converting qualified leads into signed pre-construction agreements
Guiding clients through planning, feasibility, and budget alignment
Advising on town planning, compliance, and development constraints
Coordinating surveys, reports, and approvals with consultants and internal teams
Managing client expectations and maintaining consistent communication
Contributing to marketing and lead-generation activities
You'll Bring
Proven experience in town planning and/or knowledge of residential building process (specifically granny flat construction)
Strong understanding of the residential building terminology
Confident communication, negotiation, and relationship skills
Attention to detail and discipline with CRM and documentation workflows
A passion for helping clients make informed, confident decisions
Previous sales experience is ideal but not essential.
