The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, with a strong understanding of logistics and inventory management. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, computer literacy, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are essential. Experience in medical logistics or supply chain management is a plus, but most importantly, you're passionate about making a difference in patient care through precision and reliability.
Experience required:
* 2+ years experience in logistics, supply chain, or loan kit coordination (preferably in healthcare).
* Strong understanding of reverse logistics processes and loan kit management.
* Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
* Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of healthcare compliance is desirable.
* Willingness to participate in on-call rotation after probation and training.
