Curis Recruitment is excited to be exclusively partnering with this Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Service in the Northern Territory to recruit for a Clinical Operations Manager to join their team. The Opportunity
As the Clinical Operations Manager you will be in a regional operational management role working in regular collaboration with the Health Centre Managers to support them in their day-to-day operational activities and requirements.
Role Details
* Position: Clinical Operations Manager
* Type: Permanent, full-time
* Location: Northern Territory
* Salary: $137,209.87 per annum plus 12 % super and salary sacrifice available
* Relocation: Relocation assistance available (up to $5,000, negotiable)
* Sign-on Bonus: $3,000 Curis bonus offered to the successful candidate upon completion of your first three months
* Additional Benefits:

* Vehicle available during work hours and for when you first arrive
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee development of, and maintains, core primary health care skills within the clinical team relevant to remote primary health care.
* Ensure each clinic team has appropriate staffing models with a balanced mix of knowledge, skills, experience, and gender necessary for culturally safe operations.
* Provide quality supervision, guidance, training, and support for all staff in their everyday work, ensuring a balance between clinical management, health promotion and preventative actions.
* In consultation with the Executive Manager, Clinical Operations, oversee, and participate in, performance management and professional development programs as required.

Who We're Looking For
* Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency as a General Nurse or as an Aboriginal Health Practitioner.
* A preferred qualification or post graduate qualification in Public Health / Primary Health Care/Leadership and Management.
* Current unrestricted manual Driver's License
* Current First Aid Certificate
* Proven broad comprehensive primary health care experience with advanced clinical skills and competencies needed to work effectively in remote areas.
* Demonstrated ability to provide team leadership and management skill relating to the human, financial and physical resources of a remote Primary Health Care Centre.
