Yarrawonga Health is seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our dynamic Education team as a Clinical Support Nurse. This temporary, part-time role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of our nursing workforce by supporting clinical education across our Acute ward.
In this role, you'll collaborate with the Education Coordinator, Nurse Unit Managers, and Director Clinical Services to deliver high-quality training and clinical support. You'll play a key part in helping student and graduate nurses develop the confidence, skills, and knowledge needed to thrive in their roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support clinical education programs for students, graduates, and staff
- Assist with orientation, assessments, and debriefing sessions
- Act as a role model in clinical practice and professional behaviour
- Promote excellence in nursing care through hands-on learning
About You:
- Registered Nurse – Division 1 with current AHPRA registration
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience across a range of clinical disciplines
- Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment (or working towards)
- Robust teaching and mentoring skills
