About The Equipment Services Team (EQS)
The EQS Operations team is a dynamic environment responsible for the warehousing, set-up, and delivery of CCEP’s equipment for our valued customers. This includes inventory management, equipment installation, and ensuring our wide range of beverage dispensing equipment is maintained to the highest standards.
About The Role
As a Field Service Technician, you’ll be the hero behind the scenes, keeping our customers’ beverage equipment running smoothly. You’ll respond to breakdowns, perform repairs, and carry out preventative maintenance, quality assurance and installations on a variety of equipment including:
Glass Door MerchandisersAir Curtain CoolersFountain dispensing equipmentVending machinesFrozen beverage equipmentCoffee machines

Key Responsibilities
Actively participate in Toolbox Talks and safety auditsClose out incidents, hazards, and tasks promptlyService and maintain equipment to the highest standardsComplete refurbishments efficiently using appropriate partsManage inventory, stocktakes, and cycle countsFollow standard work procedures and accurately record time using IT systemsEngage in continuous improvement projects and technical training
About You
We’re looking for someone who brings:
Electrical or Refrigeration trade qualificationsCurrent & valid CPR certificateStrong relationship management and collaboration skillsAbility to prioritise multiple tasks and work under pressureExcellent time management and organisational skillsProficiency in systems (SAP, MyApps, OSP, Microsoft Suite)Knowledge of Workplace Health & Safety
